The change in air density is a change in ambient air pressure. The ambient pressure is calculation of the weight of air above you hence when the temperature is cooler air is denser and there is more mass of air above you. The approximate density of air is 1.184 at about 80 degrees and 1.292 at 30 degrees but this is for dry and and also doesn't take into account the varying temperature of the air above you or you altitude all of which would have an effect on the ambient air pressure.
